As you may have noticed, we’ve never had a blog. But trust me, this new Live Stream room (yeah, we’re calling it a room) deserves a blog post, and here it goes.

We loved our old Live Stream room. But we hear you - the last upgrade to the Live Stream room was about 3 years ago, and it has started to show its age. The experience on mobile devices especially could be better and you want something sleeker, more interactive.

Well, we have it now. A brand-new Live Stream Room. Keep an eye out for the new experience when you join the next Live Stream!

So, what’s New?

Enhanced User Experience: Talent & our hosts now get to enjoy an improved and intuitive experience on both desktop and mobile devices. Well, what does that really mean?

• The Live Stream experience is now better responsive to mobile screens – we redesigned everything about the page – the way the different elements appear, the colours, etc.

• Tweaks that have improved the performance of the page so that it lags less when you’re on your mobile phones

• Notifications & popups as part of the Live Stream have been improved to make it mobile friendly

New reactions: Now talent joining the Live Streams can show their love, applaud the speakers, and show their emotions with NEW REACTIONS. If you’re on the company side, watch out for these to know the pulse of the audience

Learn Real time with access to Sparks & Jobs: We’ve made it easier for talent to discover the jobs from the company that’s hosting the Live Stream real time and then view relevant Spark videos at the end of the Live Stream. We are hoping this gives a taste of what the company offers and inspire talent to explore further
