• Do you want more flexibility with the T-Shaped Trainee Program? With us, you can design your dream program: Would you like to look into private banking first, but are also interested in start-up finance and would love to contribute your knowledge to our #ITmadeinChreis5? No problem, there's room for everything!
• You want to focus more with the Focus Trainee Program: The 18-month program gives you the opportunity to specialize in Multinationals & Institutionals or Private Banking.

 

What else benefits our trainee program? As a trainee, you will benefit from our mentoring program as well as exciting events: from social events to our banking games. And after 18 months, you can move straight on - because every trainee receives a permanent contract right from the start.
