Whether you’re looking to jump start your career or gain first hands-on experience in the field, an internship at On offers you a unique growth experience, the chance to make an impact from day 1 and contribute to On’s growth journey. We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

<li>Prerequisite: Interest and some knowledge in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland</li>
<li>Note: This is a paid internship</li>

Your Mission:
In your 6 months internship program in our Data Science team, you will:
<ul>
<li>Contribute to build&nbsp; future-proof data products that drives strategic decisions</li>
<li>Have the opportunity to be exposed to MLOps techniques and tools like Vertex AI</li>
<li>Focus on customer and marketing science for strategic insights and activation</li>
<li>Test, learn, model and experiment for data-driven decision making</li>
<li>Have the opportunity to experiment with and build machine learning models to strengthen our predictive capabilities</li>
<li>Have the chance to conduct statistical inference and causal impact to measure effectiveness of a marketing campaign, brand moment or new product launch.</li>
<li>Document and present your findings and help us build an insights repository&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Your Story:
<ul>
<li>You have good command&nbsp; in R or Python and have done some small projects in the past</li>
<li>Intermediate knowledge in statistics or data science is needed</li>
<li>You’re interested in statistics, mathematics, data science or machine learning</li>
<li>You’re motivated to work in a digital/e-commerce eco-system</li>
<li>You’re passionate about learning new technologies and getting to know a modern tech stack</li>
</ul>
Bonus: You have worked with Machine Learning Engineering and deploying models into production
