Job Summary:Designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products utilizing leading edge sub-micron BiCMOS /DMOS technologies. Products to be designed may include switching regulators, linear regulators, high-voltage circuits and power management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as broadband modems, PDAs, notebooks, cell phones, telecom, fiber optics, digital camera, and network equipment.&nbsp;Essential Functions:<ul><li>Participate in the entire product development cycle, from product definition through product release.</li><li>Work on the full design process at sub-block level, including verification and layout supervision.</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>BSEE / MSEE / PhD with a solid base in analog circuit design.</li><li>Effective communication and written skills in English are a must.</li><li>Any practical analog design experience as part of projects/research at the university or industrially is beneficial, but not essential.</li></ul>

Products to be designed/verified may include power management, signal management and mixed signal functions.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;MPS products include: switching regulators, sensors, motor control, display drivers, audio amplifiers and power management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as notebooks, cell phones, telecom, digital camera, automobile and network equipment.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Essential Functions:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Contributes to the design, development, &amp; verification of digital / mixed-signal IC’s.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely under the supervision of Senior members of IC/AE team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Digital Design, Behavioral modeling, and Digital Verification/testcases using standard RTL/DV languages (VHDL, Verilog, SysVerilog, UVM).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge &amp; Use of industry standard ASIC tools/flow for daily work: Digital Simulators, synthesis tools, DFT, LEC, STA, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor/MS in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Digital Design/VLSI coursework.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Has the ability to follow instructions/tasks according to design specifications/procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge of ASIC development process and digital design techniques.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of standard DV languages (SystemVerilog, UVM) and in behavioral/RTL coding.&nbsp;	&nbsp;</li><li>Executing tasks that hit project milestone.&nbsp;</li><li>Good written/verbal communication skills and strong team work/collaboration.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge/Experience with the following is a plus:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Embedded designs and/or firmware development&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of power management industry/applications&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>I2C, SPI, USB, PMBUS&nbsp;</li><li>Scripting and automation languages like TCL, Python and C/C++.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>

It is the goal to develop and grow MPS business in the region by identifying high potential customers: automotive, industrial, consumer and other available applications.Suitable candidate has a strong sales background and customer knowledge established in Switzerland. Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Full responsibility for&nbsp;all design-in activities and ensure their successful implementation within assigned customer accounts, as well as in acquiring new customers.</li><li>Consistently achieve and surpass assigned revenue targets.</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams within the MPS product divisions to identify target applications and circuits, increase design wins, and expand product share with both new and existing customers.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with management and design engineering teams at strategic customers.</li><li>Identify and engage new target customers to grow the MPS customer base</li></ul>&nbsp;Desired Attributes<ul><li>Highly self-motivated and results-driven.</li><li>Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and successfully apply the entire MPS product portfolio.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with strengths in active listening, effective collaboration, creative problem-solving, conflict resolution, and adaptability in dynamic environments.</li><li>Persuasive communicator able to work closely with MPS executive leadership and product divisions to clearly articulate and advocate business strategies, revenue goals, and customer requirements within the assigned territory.</li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills.</li></ul>
