Have you ever wanted to know how it is to work as an engineer within ING? You’ll probably know us through our mobile banking app, but not as an employer?
We have lots of opportunities in Tech that we would like to share. In IT you deal with every aspect of the bank, for example, cyber security, the cloud or data engineering. Did you know that one third of the ING employee's population works in Tech and that the open bank technology platform of ING gives engineers access to almost 32 million customers.

The webinar will be opened by Katja Schuitemaker (IT Chapter Lead), who will give you an introduction about ING and her journey so far. Afterwards Julia Sudnik (Data scientist and former International Talent Programme Tech Trainee) and José Matias (Software Engineer and former Tech Class trainee) will share what it is like to start at ING in a Tech traineeship.

This webinar is for those who are crazy about data. For who understands how data generates insights, results and solutions. As a bank, we have a major responsibility. After all, how much (non) financial risk are we willing to take?

In his current position in ESR, he has been active in climate change risk. Afterwards Ian Chiang (Risk trainee) and Louis de Bruijn (Analytics trainee) will share their ING journey.

For example, students who want to open a bank account or first-time home buyers who would like to get a mortgage. You can join Retail Banking by starting in marketing, sales, product management or process improvement. 
Wholesale Banking is focused on ING's corporate customers from all over the world. They provide a comprehensive range of products and services that enable companies to seize opportunities and achieve their strategic objectives.

The webinar will be opened by Jeffrey Lankhaar (Leveraged Finance - Vice President) and Bart Mentink with an introduction about ING and Wholesale Banking. Afterwards Raphael Dominguez de Bruyn and Merel van der Meijden will share their ING journey as trainees from the International Talent Program.
