In 2022, Fugro launched the International Leadership Track (ILT), a programme developed for highly ambitious, high performing graduates with a Masters or PhD degree and less than 2 years of working experience. It provides the participants with an opportunity to accelerate their personal development and and to take up a key position in the company, at the start of their career!
Come along to this live stream to learn more about the ILT and to hear from Emma Kilcoyne, one of our ILT participants, as she talks about her experience on the programme and how it has supported her development. As one of her projects on the programmes, Emma has been lucky enough to get involved with Seabed 2030, a project which is of vital importance to climate change, ocean and coastal resilience and a sustainable blue economy.
