Optical HD modules for future automotive headlights - ONLINE

Current optical technologies pave the way to high resolution automotive headlamp systems. Driving a car with such headlamps enables best street illumination in all driving situations. For headlamps that dynamically avoid glaring of other road users, a distinction in high beam and low beam becomes unnecessary. During the workshop, the current development of a high resolution DLP based projector module and the major technical challenges for an interdisciplinary project team are discussed.
