This path will ultimately prepare you for an accelerated role in Supply Chain. The program includes three 6-month rotations which are composed of individual needs and interests, ensuring that you will get to know our Supply Chain EMEA and TR worldwide hub in Switzerland. During this 18-month program, you will discover various business units while contributing to cross-functional high-profile projects across the organization. You will have the opportunity to explore different areas of Supply Chain such as Supply Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing to name a few. Towards the end of the program, and subject to business needs, you will have the option to specialize in an area of Supply Chain in line with your passions and previous achievements. Furthermore, you will be part of a graduate trainee network with a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional projects with other graduate trainees and/or employees.
