We went to Zukunft Personal and all we got was this stupid shirt (Was it all though🤔)
How do you make “the most” out of a visit at Zukunft Personal?
Easy. You come by at the CareerFairy booth, get hexed by our magical girls and boys and see the GenZ recruiting magic happen live and in colour.
Or... you do what one particular dad did (whose name we sadly didn’t get). Come to our booth and ask if you can have a pair of our magical wings to impress your daughter (awwww)
We had some amazing conversations and met so many people! Some were already clients, while others were potential prospects interested in CareerFairy, like Sarah Böning, Nicole Kraus from Kion, Fiona Pagenstedt from Ferrero, Alina Hassan from Henkel, Martin Scharf at TÜV Rheinland and other folks at Dr. Oetker, Bertrandt, Körber. It was so nice to finally meet in person some of the people we’ve been working with.
Andreas from Mindchange Magazine (Zeit Campus) stopped by to talk about future collaborations to help young students with their career choices – some really interesting ideas were shared. We also had the pleasure of chatting with Julian Y. Haouchet and Mira Thielebein from the IU Career Center, who are helping more than 100,000 students to move forward in their studies and careers! Oh, and this was a first for us – we had a footballer visit our stand! Maico Ngige shared his work with BFV, and who knows, maybe we’ll work together on something in the future.
But wait, it wasn’t all business! We had some seriously fun moments too.
Sonja Dietz finished off all our prosecco – but honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s always welcome at our stand! Our booth neighbor, Stefan Bergold, even threw on the fairywings and immediately started performing his best Harry Potter moves. It was hilarious!
And, of course, a big shoutout to our new intern Jonas, who jumped right in on his first day and gave 200% from the get-go. He’s officially our Gen Z Fairy at Zukunft Personal. All in all, this year was beyond rewarding. We didn’t expect it to be this amazing, but we love being surprised by the people we meet and the connections we make.
