BASF’s START IN Coatings Trainee Program offers a rotational experience (3 – 4 rotations) to explore various interests with individual mentoring and community exchange across fields like Chemistry, Business, and Data Science. The program includes flexible and hybrid work options tailored to your role, and a 6-month international assignment, potentially intercontinental. Trainees receive a starting salary of around €60,000, a company pension scheme, access to an on-site gym, sports programs, and a vibrant trainee community.
